The “Preferred List”
We provide daily reports with The “Preferred List” starting in April and
continuing through early December. The Preferred List is a buyer’s guide
containing the most current information on the quality and condition of products
from all major shippers.
This report is generated starting with Mexican Table Grapes (May-June),
Coachella Table Grapes (May-June), California’s San Joaquin Valley Table Grapes
(July-November) and San Joaquin Valley Tree-fruits (April-October). If there are
any shippers or labels that do not appear on our “Preferred List”, please let us
know and we will make arrangements to list them in the future.
The “Preferred Bulletin”
Preferred Inspections generates The “Preferred Bulletin”, a biweekly commentary
on variety trends and market conditions for Tree-fruits and Table grapes. The
Bulletin helps keep you informed on upcoming varieties and overall
issues/concerns in the industry.
"Inspection Report"
An Inspection Report is a specific report based on a purchase order number. This
report describes the overall quality and condition of designated product. We
document all pertinent information for future reference. This report is a
confidential inspection performed by Preferred Inspections with a specific
customer in mind.
"Performance Record"
We keep a record of every inspection that we perform allowing us to produce an
annual report for each of our customers. This report will give you a complete
breakdown of your business with each shipper and how they performed within each
variety or as a whole.

Inspections |
Each inspection is based on a (P.O.#) purchase order number, shipper, location
and other pertinent information that is given to us. We follow up on each P.O.
at shipping point to ensure that your expectations are met and condition is
sound. If there are any problems, we will contact your buying office immediately
in order to make the proper adjustments.
If you have a preliminary inspection that you would like to have done before
booking, it will require more specific information such as labels and sizes.
Digital photos and sugar tests are available upon request.

Digital Inspections |
We offer digital inspections for those of you who require more visual records.
Digital inspections come with four to six images per variety. These images are
of the highest quality depicting color, size and overall quality of your
product. These images will be followed by an “Inspection Report” listing all
relevant information pertaining to your specific (P.O.#) purchase order number.

Preferred Inspections will at all times conduct themselves
in a professional manner in representing and protecting the interest of our
customers.
